Will Funk hit a 1 out triple in the second and scored on Joe Stangler's ground out to plate the only run of the game.  Ty Reller made the lone run hold up striking out 11 and yeilding 3 hits through 8 innings.  Jim Thull picked up the save in the 9th with game ending on Jacob Hinnenkamp's diving catch in center field.  New Munich had 6 hits in the game but Meire Grove pitchers scattered those across 8 innings.  With the win New Munich moves to 1-1 in the SCL North.
